Oven-chopped cutlets are an idea for a quick dinner. Colorful, tasty, with a lot of vegetables. Very easy to prepare, they will taste good for the whole family. You can serve them, for example, with baked potatoes and salad or as a snack with your favorite sauces. I added a lot of fresh peppers to my chops. I chose peppers in different colors, thanks to which they are more appetizing and valuable.
Preparation
Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, clean it of fibers and membranes. Chop the meat into small pieces, about 0.5 cm x 1 cm. Peel the carrots and grate them with the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the onion and pepper into small cubes. Put all the ingredients into a larger bowl, crack in the eggs, add olive oil and spices to taste. Mix all the mixture. Finally, add the flour and breadcrumbs in batches so that the mixture is consistent after mixing.
Ingredients
for 15 medium-sized patties
600 g chicken or turkey fillet
3 smaller peppers (I chose different colors)
100 g grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
1 onion
1/2 carrots
2 medium eggs
2 tablespoons chopped chives
1 teaspoon each: granulated garlic, sweet red pepper, marjoram
pepper, salt to taste
2 tablespoons of potato starch
3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons olive or rapeseed oil
Line a baking tray with baking paper, scoop small portions of the mixture, form patties and place at intervals. Bake for about 30 minutes, in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C. In the meantime, turn the patties. You can also drizzle them with olive oil spray during baking. Chop cutlets taste great both hot and cold. You can serve them with potatoes and salad for lunch, or accompanied by expressive sauces as a hot dinner or snack at a house party.
