What to eat for breakfast… Oatmeal with dried cranberries

Oatmeal plays an important role in rational human nutrition, it is a rich source of protein and fiber. It is a product particularly rich in potassium and magnesium. Preparation

Pour the milk and water into a saucepan, stirring frequently, bring to a boil.

Add the oats and cook on the lowest flame for about 5 minutes.

Ingredients:

Makes 1 serving

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup still mineral water

1/2 cup dried cranberries

6 tablespoons of Piec Mountain Oats

Put the saucepan off the heat, add the dried cranberries, stir and leave covered for a few minutes to swell well. I put the porridge into a bowl and serve immediately.
