Colorful, tasty, with a lot of vegetables. Very easy to prepare, they will taste good for the whole family. You can serve them, for example, with baked potatoes and salad or as a snack with your favorite sauces. I added a lot of fresh peppers to my chops. I chose peppers in different colors, thanks to which they are more appetizing and valuable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wash the chicken fillet, dry it, clean it of fibers and membranes. Chop the meat into small pieces, about 0.5 cm x 1 cm. Peel the carrots and grate them with the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the onion and pepper into small cubes. Put all the ingredients into a larger bowl, crack in the eggs, add olive oil and spices to taste. Mix all the mixture. Finally, add the flour and breadcrumbs in batches so that the mixture is consistent after mixing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><em>for 15 medium-sized patties<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">600 g chicken or turkey fillet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">3 smaller peppers (I chose different colors)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">100 g grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">1 onion<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">1\/2 carrots<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">2 medium eggs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons chopped chives<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">1 teaspoon each: granulated garlic, sweet red pepper, marjoram<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">pepper, salt to taste<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">2 tablespoons of potato starch<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">3-4 tablespoons breadcrumbs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">3 tablespoons olive or rapeseed oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Line a baking tray with baking paper, scoop small portions of the mixture, form patties and place at intervals. Bake for about 30 minutes, in an oven preheated to 190 degrees C. In the meantime, turn the patties. You can also drizzle them with olive oil spray during baking. Chop cutlets taste great both hot and cold.
